About BioGenesis and BioGenesis sessions:

Your BioGenesis session session should typically last anywhere from 50 minutes to one hour. Plan on at least 15 minutes extra for your visit to fill out a short form prior to your session and a few minutes to discuss your experience after. 

You may recline on a therapy table throughout the session, or sit in a chair should you choose. A soft water fountain bubbles as relaxing music is played, creating for you a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere for this block of time.

Unlike acupuncture, Reiki, or message therapy, in a BioGenesis session there is no physical contact. The practioner uses the tools of BioGenesis to work with the energy that is you to facilitate achievement of your highest goals for that session. Every thing is energy, including you, your thoughts, dreams, goals, physical challenges, and spiritual or emotional blocks. With the facilitation of the practitioner, the tools of BioGenesis are able to work with your energy systems to achieve positive support, change and growth in many areas of life.

Many who receive a treatment will feel deeply relaxed and may even nap. Others experience wonderful sensations of release, tingling, warmth, or lightness. Still others may see beautiful colors or symbols.  No person or session is the same, and all experiences and achievements in a session are of the highest good.

Many people choose to have a session intermittently, but I have found a regular monthly session or "tune up" to be most beneficial to myself and my clients. It is of course all up to the preference of the individual.
